cx.crickex Terms and Conditions — Rules & Player Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to cx.crickex. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cx.crickex ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the cx.crickex platform — including the website at cxcrickex.vip, the mobile app and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use cx.crickex. We recommend reading this document carefully before you register. If anything is unclear, contact our support team before proceeding.

2. Eligibility

To register and use cx.crickex, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from cx.crickex or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a cx.crickex employee.

cx.crickex reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one cx.crickex account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• cx.crickex will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Do not share it with anyone.
• You must notify cx.crickex support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• cx.crickex is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account details including name, date of birth and national ID cannot be changed after verification without submitting a formal request and supporting documentation.

cx.crickex may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. This may include submitting a copy of your national ID, passport or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cx.crickex supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your cx.crickex account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by payment providers are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawal page. cx.crickex does not impose unnecessary delays.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by support.
• cx.crickex does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited into your cx.crickex account must be used for betting. Using the platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service is strictly prohibited.
• cx.crickex reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on cx.crickex are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. General betting rules that apply across all markets on cx.crickex are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• cx.crickex reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided.
• In the event of match abandonment or postponement, cx.crickex will apply the rules specific to that sport. Generally, if a match is not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.
• cx.crickex may limit or restrict betting on specific markets for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where patterns of advantage play are detected.

For cricket specifically — the primary sport on cx.crickex — ball-by-ball and in-play markets are subject to a short delay between the live event and odds updates. Bets placed during this delay window may be voided if the outcome of the relevant ball or over is already determined.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cx.crickex offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. cx.crickex determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• cx.crickex reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion or systematic exploitation of terms — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cx.crickex and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action:

• Creating more than one account on cx.crickex.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a bug will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the cx.crickex platform or its infrastructure.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cx.crickex platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game content and interface design — is the property of cx.crickex or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any cx.crickex content without prior written permission.

The cx.crickex name, logo and brand identity are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of cx.crickex branding in any context is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

cx.crickex provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. cx.crickex is not liable for:

• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of cx.crickex.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times.

In all cases, cx.crickex's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's cx.crickex account at the time the claim arises.

cx.crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Abusive behaviour toward cx.crickex staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cx.crickex reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

13. Changes to These Terms

cx.crickex may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of cx.crickex after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
